The figure in the cloak, new one of the men, He knew the red haired fellow quite well, or did once upon a time. '' I think He can at least offer me a drink.'' the figure said idly, pointing to Exion.

Exion found himself at the Base of his bottle, drinking on it calmly, when the figure shown itself. The cloaked figure, mysterious as he may have seen, was all but that to Exion. Exion had trained with him for years, before the happenings of the swords, and such went down. Exion only shook his head, laughing slightly to himself. '' Yes, My nephew, i know him, Quite well actually, Spent a few months with him almost a hundred years ago. Even then, i feel like i pratically raised him. Pitiful isnt?'' he said as he motioned the Figure to walk towards them.

Exion gave a soft laugh in his mind, You're calling me a show off? I was merely showing him that i was not the same person he attempted to kill a century and a half ago. Exion said to his neice after a few moments had passed, still smiling as he drank from his bottle.

Thorn started walking when the music touched his ears. odd sort of sound it was, it caused him to stop, and turn around slowly, only his eyes showing from under the cloak as the new creature ...danced? into the the room. this was getting weird. so many people. the next thing he knew, his cloak was scurring off deeper in the tavern, on the staff of this joker. he gave a slight growl, and continued on. The rubber like material of his skeloton suit constricted on his figure. his ribs showing lightly as he walked. His face, as well as hands, were pale, even compared to Exion himself. His eyes were Completely green, save the Golden, cat like, pupils in the center of his forest green eyes. his hair was a red that almost matched Exion's, though it was much shorter, spiking only an inch or two from his head. but the most intriguing thing about him, were his pitch black wings, that arched over his head as he stretched them. Massive, black feathers stretching as he did. '' how about that Drink, Knight?'' he said after a few moments.

Exion laughed lightly, and grabbed one of the glasses from the table, and began to pour his Friend a drink, as he noticed that Miara was pouring her some out of Dusk's bottle. '' I...'' he was too late.'' wouldnt have dont that.'' he finished as she was drinking some of the whiskey already. After a few moments, The figure sat at the table closing his wings against his back, before taking the cloak off of the staff, '' Ask before you take. it can get you killed.'' he said in a growl, as he took the sword, sheath and all, from his back, and placed it on his lap. '' What brings so many of power in this one area, Lord Korru?''

Exion cursed for a few seconds. '' Damn it Thorn, Its Exion, i've told you this many times. Rika,..'' Dusk walked back in, '' Dusk, Miara, and Jack appearantly... This is Thorn.'' he said, gesturing to him gently. '' Thorn, this is Rika.'' he said, point to Rika beside him. '' My neice Miara, '' He said, point across the table from him, and then he pointed to Dusk, '' And this is My Nephew, Dusk Angelis.'' he said, pausing before saying Angelis.

Thorn's Jaw dropped slowly, but he said nothing.

Exion gave a soft smile to Thorn, almost laughing as well, '' Yes, you heard write, young one. I am Zion's younger brother. '' he said after a few moments, watching as the food came out. Dusk had asked him to get more drinks, which He tilted his head, and concidering he didnt have to cook tonight, he decided he might as well. Getting up, a red flash covered his area, in which he stepped behind the bar, and grabbed the rest of the knights stash, sitting it through the flash,and on the table, before sitting back in his seat.

Thorn listened, still in disbelief. As Exion stood up, and walked behind the bar, the one called Dusk had stepped out and offered him the seat that he was standing behind. Thorn gave a slight incline of his head, and sit down, letting his wings fold out, and back in slowly. he looked around the bar, watching the unusual people, he noticed what seemed to be an elf, which wasnt commen in this part of Makai, or not that he knew of. but soon returned to Exion's attention, '' So, what has happened? It has been what? A hundred or so years?''

Exion gave a slight laugh to Miara, '' Yes, Dear Neice, this is Thorn, one of the two that your Father, Daemon, and Myself helped train for awhile. You think he's powerful now, you should see his Chaotic form.'' he said with a smile. Time had pssed slowly, and he watched as the food was almost completely done, getting ready to be brought out. his eyes turned just as Thorn had started to talk, but were caught by something else. or, rather, someone else. A figure walked through the door, and he couldnt help but smile just lightly as he felt the power behind the cloak. this one, was special. Her voice was soft as she bowed, just barely, just like a warrior, even in this room, her eyes were on him the whole time. '' Greetings Aryia.'' he answred back, now ignoring Thorn completely. She took off her cloak, revealing her young frame. there was no fooling Exion though, he knew better than anyone in the room, what power lay beneath her frame. His eyes followed her steps, maybe too noticibly as she moved across the floor, and took a seat. that is when his attention moved back to thorn, '' What did you say.''

Thorn had noticed quite well, that he was being ignored, and despite the urge to smack the huma... the thought occured, Exion wasnt human. that explained alot in the past that made him wonder just what Exion really was. He laughed softly, but then repeated his questions to Exion, taking a drink of Vodka, which Exion had offered him before.

'' More than most, but nothing in really big, other than my awakening. I would be pleased to spar with you, or Marcus, perhaps both of you, here soon. But for now, let us drink, some of us eat, and be marry.'' he said as the food was being served. He had to admit, those two could cook. It was rather delicious, even to him.

Thorn didnt eat, for obvious reasons, that he was fool of energy, and felt no need to par take in real food consumtion, that didn't stop him from drinking though.

Exion's attention was elsewhere when he heard the soft coo of a voice speak towards him. He turned to see that Aryia was making conversation with him. He waited till her question was done, and began to answer it as he poured the glass of whiskey, '' You know how it is, Though forty years isnt much to cover, compared to the rest, not much has happened. We've been trying to prevent this war from happening, but being as it's now clearly to be unpreventable, we're working on the starting grounds, of it, so we can stop it there.'' he said after a few moments. Still looking at her a moment, before continuing the conversation, '' But what about you, My Dear, What have you, and yours, been up to?'' he said, refering to the few of the swords that werent slain.

Thorn almost laughed as he heard dusk ask the question to Jack. it was quite comical. He snickered softly to himself, only to burst in laughter as Dusk asked him if he was enjoying the meal.'' I am sure that i would, if i had the need to eat. The excess energy in the air was more than enough to fill me on my way in. The food smells great, and the drinks are Quite good. It is nice to be Merry, even if it is only for a little while, These times... dont allow this as much as one would like them too.'' he said, talking to Dusk as if he had known him for quite some time. '' Well, Miara..i believe it was, This is the first time i've met you, so in that, The pleasure's mine. But your Father, Exion, and Daemon, were all quite patient with me. i owe them much gratitude.'' he said with a simple gesture of his bow.

Exion turned, only a few seconds after Asking Aryia his question, and turned to Thorn. '' That is part of the reason we are here.. To keep the realms at peace. War is unstopable at this point. but if we can keep the casualties down, which we have the force to do, We can throw them back at each other, for another rule of peice. There are a few things i wish to know of, but my questions for everyone will be asked, or answered at a later time.'' he said allowed as he partook in some of the beans as well as finishe his steak. His vodka was empty, so he poured some more for himself, and Thorn as well, before returning to Aryia's gaze, wondering if she had heard his question.

Thorn gave a soft inclination of his head to Exion, and picked up hsi now full glass, taking a gulp off of it, before channeling his attention to Miara, '' Yes, he was rather generous, and patient with both me, and my Darker half. They all were, we have much to thank them for, especially Daemon, who may have ensured our survival all those years ago.'' he said after a few moments, listening to the rest of Exion's words, a miara's excitement to them. Even as Thorn had turned his Attention to Exion, he couldnt help but look up, watching the cards swirl in the air, it was quite a amusing. He laughed lightly, and waved his hand towards them. a small, rift in the air opened, and spread over the path of the cards, another opening just in front of the one called Jack, where the cards began to shoot out of. he laughed harder, and then turned his gaze back to exion again.

Exion listened to Aryia with great intent, she seemed to be sad for only a moment, He wasn't happy with the slaughter that he and Zion brought on, but he wasnt regretting it either. The ones that they had killed, had started it with them, and been responsible for their parents death. The few left, were of no ill means to the two of them. '' I'm glad that the swords wish to turn their blades, to a new cause. Who Knows, maybe they will be as the Knights are...'' he said, soon correcting himself, '' or as the new knights, will be.'' he said, looking around the table. Now, he could see quite a few good contestants, but he knew just as well, that a few of them wouldnt join, and that he needed more. such as Dawn, who was already in, if she didnt know it. He could see Four people here, one of them which wouldnt join. That left three. Add in Dawn, and it made four. he was awaiting at least two contestants. the minimim needee to be Six. in which he could start testing, but now wasnt the time. there was war amongst the realms, and four days away, with such a handful of powerful beings, could mean the end of the realms. Besides, now was the time to drim, and be merry.

'' I'm not sure what Zion is doing, i had left him at the DOTS headquarters, in search for what i'm looking for. As far as i know, he may still be there. WE are well, Better than we've been in a long time. Thank you, for asking.'' Exion said, before turning to Miara, '' Calm yourself, dear Neice. We don't have enough contestants to start the trials. for now, we enjoy ourselves while we can.'' He said, taking a large gulp off his glass.

'' What would you like to know, Sir Angelis?'' he asked dusk curiously It was in his nature, to be curious , sometimes, it was his downfall, he needed to learn to control that. Thorn turned to Rika, '' My name is Thorn, Miss.. Rika i believe it was. You seem oddly quite in all of this, Are you enjoying yourself?'' he asked, now paying attention to her, in thoughts to have a conversation.

Finally the roast was brought out, delicious as it was, and all its gloriful smell. Exion's mouth was watering just thinking about the taste of the magnificent roast. He gave out a slight sigh when he was asked to carve it. Alas, something to do other than drink. He moved the roast towards him, and lets his index and middle fingers combine together, sliding out into a long, slender blade. his other fingers thinned out, and sharpened out, acting as a fork. In then slices, he carved off peice of the roast.

Thorn gave a half a smile, '' I am of what my Coven calls a forbidden birth. Born to Vampire, and Seraphim, i've been hunted since birth.'' he said after a few minutes, though the thoughts of his parents being killed, by the angels, It wasn't so bad now. the People around him, seemed to raise his spirits. He turned to Rika, '' You are in the process of meeting people now. And some of these people, are more intwined with the future of life as we know it, than the gods themselves were with creating this rock we live on. Befriending them, will surely be a good idea, at some point in time. I know one of them from personal experience. Exion would come to my call, whenever i needed him to. I'm sure, the rest are the same way. Friendship is a strong bond amongst certain people.''

Exion Smiled lightly '' But of course you will. They have you to lead them now, the untainted mind is a beautiful thing.'' After a few seconds passed, he nodded to Dusk and Aryia, and lifted the slices of roast up with both makeshift fork, and knife, placing a few slices on each plate, before a slice or three on his own. Sitting down, he began to eat again, looking around, noticing the feeling of the pub was lifted, War wasnt being thought of now, and even if it was, no dread was becoming of it. Everyone seemed lively, happy, and enjoying themselves. this needed to remain. He would ensure it, he had to. This is what he standed for, peace amongst the people. He was talking with Thorn breifly when Dusk drew attention. Exion's eyes gazed over to Dusk as his speech was made. It was good, and delivered a strength within himself as he spoke. When Dusk rose his glass. Exion lifted the bottle of Vodka as well, Drinking with his Nephew. He looked around at the silence for a moment, everyone seemed to be intent on what was said. And then Dusk made his announcement. Exion took the bracer, holding in his palm a few moments. Before placing it on his right, inside forearm. The metal absorbed, but the Chaos Blade symbol did not, Darkening as it engraved into his arm. '' Thank you, Dusk. And let it be known, that The Knights, when formed, Will Aid you if you call upon us. Both you, '' He turned, looking at Aryia, '' And You, and the Thirteen swords.'' he said, sitting back down, and taking the bottle up and sampling its contents.

Miara made her way around the table to Exion. Exion smiled at her, '' Yes, My neice?'' As Miara talked, she moved to his right shoulder, moving her hand across it. Exion felt a slight pain, much as the one when his knights symbol engraved into his arm, but less effect as the time that had passed since then. As he looked at his shoulder, the Black Dragon of the Shadow Legion burried itself into his skin, '' Thank you, Dear neice. It will be an honor, to represent the Legion, wherever i am.'' he gave a slight smile, and bowed his head lightly to her. Exion laughed lightly to himself at that point. Four groups, that he had lived his life, either representing, or helping, he was now a member of. He looked down at the emblem, smiling lightly at the membrance of joining the Divine Order. And now the ring on his right hand ring finger, and middle finger. The first one being gold, still shining brightly. The second one being comprised of a crystal.He smiled, the Knights, his home, his brothers in arm, and one of them his literal brother. He smiled again. It was then that he noticed the figure in the doorway. with all that was going on, he wasnt even worried about people coming. The figure seemed so familiar. but he couldnt place it. This was odd, and he didnt feel threatened by him, at all. When he began to talk, Exion realized who it wsa, but said nothing, at least for now.

Thorn Smiled lightly, '' Come now, Dont be so rash in this time of celebration. It is not good.'' He said, watching as his closest friend cross the bar, and pull a bottle from it. Sitting down away from Everyone, Thorn gave a slight scowl, wondering what was wrong, for something had to be on his mind. '' Now now, why so sulking, Join the table, join the conversation, celebrate.'' he said with a smile.

Exion wasnt so modest. '' Come now, Marcus. Join the table, Make it a request of your friend, ally, and better.''
